Frank Graney

Registered Conveyancer

"Frank is an experienced and respected member of the industry, having served as a councillor at The Australian Institute of Conveyancers."

Frank Graney has been conveyancing since 1994, after starting at Law firm Elston & Gilchrist whilst studying conveyancing.

As soon as he qualified as a Registered Conveyancer at the end of 1995 he started his own practice and spent the first 5 years working from his home in Flagstaff Hill. In 2000 he moved into the First National Real Estate Office at Aberfoyle Park  which became the Brock Harcourt Office. As the practice continued to grow he took the opportunity to employ Renee Leppard, now Renee Thomas and further growth has occurred and further opportunity taken to move into Adelaide.

By moving to the city there has been less time wasted travelling to and  from settlements at the Land Titles Office and there has been a growing together of a large real estate group  and a growing conveyancing firm. Frank has been a councillor on the Australian Institute of Conveyancers SA Division and is well respected in the conveyancing fraternity. He is a Certified Practising Conveyancer which is testimony to him being an advocate for keeping his qualifications current and updated.

He has a good succession plan in that Renee Thomas is now also a qualified conveyancer in her own right and when the time is right will take over Strand Conveyancing in South Australia. In the meantime it is Strand Conveyancing and Frank Graney’s intention to keep on producing high quality work and maintaining a good level of customer satisfaction.
